My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the reasonable rates and had some commendable interactions with staff, I encountered numerous maintenance issues that really detracted from my overall experience. Comfort-wise, the beds were great, but certain aspects of the hotel felt quite outdated and in disrepair. Unfortunately, the service did not adequately address the issues during my stay, leaving me frustrated by the end.
