The shuttle situation was a mess. I waited almost an hour after calling and was almost late for my flight. when i finally got to the hotel, breakfast was a letdown. the options felt limited, and the quality seemed pretty low. disposable cutlery was also very annoying.

the location was ideal for my early flight. i found the room to be a great size and very clean. breakfast offered a decent selection, and the shuttle service was efficient, getting me to the airport quickly. this made my travel much less stressful.
the coffee, i have to say, tasted weak.

The complimentary airport shuttle operated frequently. It saved me from needing a taxi. the hotel offers free wifi access for all guests. I checked emails without issue. a business center is available. I used it to print my boarding pass.

A complimentary breakfast is available each morning. It includes hot and cold selections. the breakfast service starts early. I grabbed a quick meal before my flight. coffee and tea are available downstairs at all times. I could get refreshments anytime.

The room had a king-sized bed that ensured a restful night. the shower provided strong pressure and hot water. I felt refreshed after it. the provided toiletries were of good quality. I appreciated the attention to detail.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. They quickly answered my questions. housekeeping kept my room super clean . It was always tidy. the shuttle driver was courteous and prompt. He helped with luggage.

expensive parkingplastic forks
I found a couple issues I did not like. The parking cost me a lot. It charged $28 each night I parked there. The breakfast was not good. There was not much food I could eat and they gave me plastic forks. I felt bad using all that plastic.
