i appreciated the central location, it placed me right on top of shops, eateries, and public transport options. the staff was helpful. i found the location convenient. underground parking was offered at no extra cost, very handy.
I noticed the absence of air conditioning, resulting in a slightly stuffy room. It was manageable but worth noting.

the room featured comfortable beds. it was clean. mountain views were available from the room providing a great backdrop to my stay and included some furniture to use.

the front desk staff demonstrated excellent support. they were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. i felt the staff were really good too ensure i had a satisfactory experience overall.

spotty wi-ficreaky flooring
the lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy (especially in summer). the wi-fi was spotty. This made planning my hikes difficult. i also found the hotel itself wasn't very updated, with creaky flooring that annoyed me and my wife.

The room lacked air conditioning. the temperature was uncomfortably warm, especially during the day. two fans did little to alleviate the heat. the provided mattress seemed old. An update to the room would improve comfort.
