the location IS convenient, offering EASY access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning did not work in the suite. i asked multiple times for it to be fixed, but nothing happened. personnel WERE inattentive to client needs, treating us poorly. no apologies WERE offered until we demanded them.

the location was fine (easy to get around).
The service was not great. I was asked for a deposit on an umbrella, on a rainy day. i also had to pay extra for fresh juice at breakfast. it felt unnecessary for a hotel of this supposed standard.
