some issues
complicated check-inlack of cleaning
the digital check-in was unnecessarily complicated. i struggled with it (for what seemed like an eternity) before finally getting into my room. also, the lack of daily cleaning service was a definite downside. i ran out of towels and had to go searching for fresh ones myself. it's not the end of the world, but it would be nice to have that taken care of automatically.

the location was convenient for getting around the city.
the room felt smaller than expected and i noticed some stains on the walls, giving the impression of wear and tear (it really bothered me).

the room included a safe kettle tea and coffee everything was readily available i found laundry facilities and lockers that helped with luggage on the day of checkout it was easy to get extra towels and toilet paper too
i noticed the normal lock of the hotel door did not work

the location is great with Public transport close. I found many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, a very important aspect for me. aircon worked well and the room was clean, all toiletries provided, good mattress and pillows for a good night rest.
there is no real staff in the hotel and it Has Only a virtual reception.

breakfast is arranged at the adjacent mama shelter, this provides a nice alternative. A supermarket is just next door, allowing guests to easily purchase groceries. an espresso machine is available for self-made coffee.

the hotel is positioned between two metro stations, which allows easy access to the rest of the area. there is a bus stop right at the doorstep, great for convenient traveling. the neighborhood felt secure at night, which i appreciated.

the hotel provides free luggage storage and bike storage, both are good options. rooms include a kitchenette, super functional for simple meal preparation. i found the contactless service and the digital communications amazing.
