Rooms at Riad Bamaga are individually decorated in true Moroccan style with colorful tiles and traditional furnishings. Each room offers air conditioning, en suite facilities, and daily housekeeping. Some ground-floor rooms have small double beds, while the Suite includes a large bathroom and extra storage. The Superior Triple Room sleeps up to three guests. Guests noted comfortable mattresses, though some found beds firm.

The on-site restaurant serves traditional Moroccan cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is complimentary and changes daily with options like fruit, Moroccan tea, and breads. Guests can eat on the rooftop terrace, in the courtyard, or in the dining room. The kitchen accommodates dietary needs-one family received homemade gluten-free bread. Dinner costs extra; a three-course meal on the rooftop is popular. Kids' meals and special diet menus are available.

The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains. It has sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a Jacuzzi (note: some guests reported it was not operational). The wellness center includes a steam room, massage services, and a spa offering treatments like body wraps, facials, and couples massage. Guests can book hammam experiences and spa packages. Bike tours, cooking classes, and cultural tours are also available.

Riad Bamaga sits inside the historic medina of Marrakesh, a 3-minute walk to a taxi stand. It is within 5 minutes of the souks and 20-30 minutes walk to Le Jardin Secret, Majorelle Gardens, and Djemaa el Fna square. The area is quiet but safe. Cars cannot enter the narrow alley-staff will meet guests at the nearby parking area (near Mohamed 5 College/Riad Laarrouse) to guide them to the riad. Taxis and the airport shuttle are available.

Staff provide personalized service, including 24-hour front desk, concierge, and tour desk. They help with directions, bookings for excursions, and printing boarding passes. Services include room service, luggage storage, express check-in/out, and private check-in/out. The hotel arranges airport pickup/drop-off, car hire, and shuttle service. Babysitting, strollers, and board games are available for families. Laundry and ironing cost extra-one guest was quoted 11 euros for a small pot of tea.
