Seasonal activities: cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, horse riding, kayaking, and ice fishing. The spa offers body treatments and massages.
Location and Surroundings
Sun Mountain Lodge sits on a mountain overlooking the Methow Valley, 10 miles from Winthrop. It is near North Cascades National Park, Patterson Lake (for swimming and fishing), and the Methow Valley Farmers Market. The lodge offers breathtaking views of the North Cascades. There is no shuttle service to town; guests need their own car. Uber and Lyft are not available in the area.
