The location was superb. Close to everything. the staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the fresh orange juice at breakfast. the pastries were also a treat.

the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated that they spoke english well the location was central to many attractions and the metro station was close i found the breakfast selection good with hot options available i also liked that luggage storage was available after checkout
the bathroom space felt small there was little room for toiletries this could be improved to provide a better guest experience for future stays i think some shelves or a small rack would help

the beautiful family room was spacious with high ceilings this added to the character of the room and made it feel less cramped the architecture was beautiful with large windows that overlooked dante square

the location was central being right on piazza dante it was easy to explore many parts of the city by walking i found the metro station convenient for going further afield and the airport bus stopped nearby which was useful

The location was central (easy to get around). I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The lounge area had spacious coffee shop booths. Our room had a beautiful and excellent ceiling fresco. I'd recommend it.
The bath space was slightly small. There was little room to put toiletries.

The staff ensured the room was cleaned daily and provided fresh towels. The team was very responsive to requests, such as providing extra pillows. The reception desk offered assistance with directions and local recommendations.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro station (it made getting around the city so easy). Plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The central location allowed easy access to many attractions.

The common room provided coffee and tea. The breakfast area included a great food selection. I also liked leaving luggage after checkout and picking it up later (very convenient!).
