The location was close to many businesses and restaurants.
The employees did not seem well-informed about the hotel. They gave wrong information and directions. The pool was murky, and management did not address it, even after I reported it. security WAS okay

I appreciated the pool area with its lively bar and resident wild chickens, it was quite unique. my room included a little terrace in front. I enjoyed that extra outdoor space. the hotel shuttle service to downtown was convenient, despite its small fee per use.

The front desk team seemed ready to assist and offered some help. the staff worked, to resolve some minor issues, i encountered . I really appreciated that. generally, the team was attentive and aimed for a smooth experience.

the pools provided ample space for relaxation, i saw that pool towels were readily available. grounds featured recreational options, i noticed such as giant chess, jenga, and ping-pong. a starbucks location adjoined the hotel, i found that very convenient.

The hotel restaurant offered a varied menu with several options, i saw. i noticed a wide selection of drinks at the bar. popcorn was offered every afternoon for happy hour. I thought it was a nice touch.
