the staff greeted me upon arrival, and the room was fairly clean.
the bar service was not good, the barman was rude and seemed indifferent. this made me not want to spend any more money there. also, the area felt unsafe because there are a lot of homeless people on the streets.

The refillable water stations were very useful. daily room cleaning was a great convenience. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the hotel's art decor. It added to the ambiance.
