Fantastic Stay
comfortable bed great shower clean room
I chose this hotel based on various recommendations. I had an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable. I took a hot shower every day. Cleaning staff do a great job maintaining clean rooms. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival with sangria and a friendly chat at the bar.
The elevator was tiny. It was big enough for one person pushing a luggage cart.

The hotel features an excellent location. Many diners and restaurants are nearby. Union Square is within walking distance for shopping. Cable cars and buses are also nearby.

The staff was friendly and cute each day after my outings. They offered helpful advice and assisted with requests. The bartenders crafted tasty cocktails. The reception was efficient and attentive.

book design restaurant option parking garage
the hotel design used books and typewriters , which impressed me. the restaurant options nearby offered great variety , and i found a reasonably priced parking garage just around the corner. i liked the short walk to the masonic center , it was very convenient.
there are no issues to report , the stay was excellent.

a cozy stay in the heart of the city
convenient location signature scent
the hotel location was convenient. i enjoyed that the room was a good size. the staff provided sangria during check-in, a nice touch. i found the signature scent in public areas to be good, it added a unique ambiance.
My room was very dark due to a nonexistent window. This. the heater was not working efficiently. i had to request assistance and then fix it myself again later. i missed having a fridge in the room.

the staff were super friendly and accommodating to my requests. during check-in, the staff offered sangria, a very cute gesture. i appreciated the staff posting a letter for me from the retro typewriter.

my room had a super comfy bed, a good treat after a long day. the cleaning staff consistently ensured the rooms were lovely and clean. i found the provided amenities to be necessary and useful.

The on-site coffee shop offered quick and super rich breakfasts. the hotel bar had very tasty cocktails. i enjoyed being able to get a good coffee blend in the coffee shop. It seemed like home.

I loved the music in the lounge. the hotel offers complementary bikes, a great asset for exploring the area. the retro typewriter was a fun feature. I used it to write a letter.

i have received the most cute, stellar attention every time i visit. on my last visit they gave us the most amazing rooms with bright window views. the hotel staff are so warm and cute each time i arrive.

convenient location friendly staff
The location provided convenient access to various shops for food and drinks. The pre-travel communication was effective. The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping service was much appreciated, especially for a short stay. Orion was especially friendly during check-in and addressed all my questions.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator and an ice machine, which would have been convenient.
