The staff was friendly and clearly explained the details of my stay. the room was clean. This was very important to me. the location worked well for my plans.

the breakfast did not include all items i expected. there was no fresh fruit available. i also had to request cups for the room upon arrival.

a good stay near the attractions

friendly staff convenient location great breakfast clean room

the staff was friendly and polite. the location is close to the tower and coral island. breakfast offered a great start to the day. the room was clean and tidy (a simple pleasure, really). i found a car park just a short walk down the street. the ease of access was a real plus for me.

i noticed some cups were not cleaned properly from previous guests.

the room had tea and coffee facilities.

I felt a bit misled by the rating it had. one room was in a separate, very basic hotel next door. both rooms were quite dated and smelled odd. I think they need some maintenance.

wonderful and cute stay

kind soul great location cooked breakfast

Becci, the owner, was so lovely and cute. She really looked after us. the location is great. It is close to the central pier, only about a 10 minute walk. the room was quiet and comfortable. continental breakfast was included, and cooked breakfast was available for an extra charge. One of my friends tried it and found it very good.

i paid extra for a superior room, and i wonder about the difference between double and superior rooms. the pictures i saw differed from the actual room. i constantly bumped my arm on a shelf near the bathroom, and it caused bruising.

The hotel is close to the opera house, a major landmark. access to the promenade is very easy, i noticed. the hotel sits in an area that allowed me convenient walks everywhere i needed to go. It was great!

The hosts gave me a warm welcome, which i appreciated. the owner, becci, proved genuinely kind and helpful . She were great! becci provided useful information about the area and made sure i had everything i needed. So nice.

The bed was spot on! the location was perfect, only ten minutes walk from the beach. I didn't need a car. the host was friendly and breakfast was nice.

The blind didn't fully cover the window. I used belongings to fill the gap at the bottom to maintain privacy.
