Excellent Dog-Friendly Stay
helpful landlady superb breakfast dog-friendly hotel convenient parking
The landlady, Diane, was helpful. She. Breakfast was superb. The hotel welcomes dogs. I found this convenient as I brought my pet, and the location between two towns was ideal for walks and exploration. Parking was also available, which reduced my stress upon arrival. It simplified my travel and allowed me to focus on enjoying my stay.
The shower temperature varied without warning, something I consider a safety concern.

The room was very clean. It also included a fridge and a microwave, useful for storing and preparing quick meals. I appreciated the comfortable memory foam mattress. It helped me get a good night's rest.

The continental breakfast included diverse options, and a full English breakfast was available for a small surcharge. It was the best breakfast. I have had it in years! The host showed great attention to detail and was friendly.

fantastic stay!
great location comfortable bed english breakfast
i loved the great location so close to the beach. the room was a good size and i enjoyed the sea view, it had a comfy bed too. breakfast for only £5 was an absolute steal, especially the full english!
the shower temperatures were a bit unpredictable, going from fine to scalding in a flash. i hope they can fix this .

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to local bars. The guest house was clean. The communal fridge in the shared lounge was useful.
The shower had wildly varying temperatures. It was fine one minute, then scalding hot the next.

mixed feelings about my stay
inconsistent shower hard mattress
i was a bit disappointed. the shower temperature was very inconsistent it went from fine to scalding hot very quickly. i told the owner but he did not seem concerned. the mattress was also quite hard not the most comfortable.
