the hotel is near the tube. it is also across from a large shopping center. the front desk person was helpful. i would stay here again. the price was low, which i really appreciated.

The hotel is near the shopping center. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I could leave my luggage at reception before check-in so I could shop. the location worked great.

the blinds in my room did not fully block light. the street noise was excessive until midnight. this made it difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel is near bus stops. The bus goes to Hammersmith Hospital (72, 272). Westgate shopping and restaurants are across the street. Sainsbury's is around the corner with two pubs on opposite corners. Tube stops, Wood Street and Shepherd's Bush Market, are close. Shepherd's Bush (Central) is also near. I found the bed comfortable.

Doors were quite fiddly to lock from the outside. Staff advised they would investigate this issue.
