The hotel's location is a real win. I found it super convenient being so close to the shopping center (it's literally across the street!). Public transport links are also nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, a definite plus for any stay.
The cleanliness was a bit below what I expected. I noticed some areas that could use more attention (especially the flooring). my room was right next to a bus stop. It. The beds were not the most comfortable either.

Unexpectedly Good Stay!

I found the location really convenient! It is near multiple metro stations and right by a bus stop. The variety of nearby restaurants was amazing plus Westfield center across the street! I appreciated the helpful staff who offered great service and advice .
The room was a bit small, but I managed just fine.

The location is advantageous. It's near the tube station and a large shopping center. The staff members i met were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to store my bags at reception, convenient for some last-minute shopping before my departure.
The shower had some limescale deposits, but it was nothing major.

The hotel is near the shopping center. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I could leave my luggage at reception before check-in so I could shop. the location worked great.
the blinds in my room did not fully block light. the street noise was excessive until midnight. this made it difficult to fall asleep.

Basic and Clean Stay

The hotel is near bus stops. The bus goes to Hammersmith Hospital (72, 272). Westgate shopping and restaurants are across the street. Sainsbury's is around the corner with two pubs on opposite corners. Tube stops, Wood Street and Shepherd's Bush Market, are close. Shepherd's Bush (Central) is also near. I found the bed comfortable.
Doors were quite fiddly to lock from the outside. Staff advised they would investigate this issue.
