fantastic stay near victoria station
excellent locationspacious apartmentlovely amenitiesterrible cleaning
the location is amazing. it is just across from victoria station. there is also cardinal place with shops and eateries. the studio apartment was spacious for one person. i found the bathroom amenities from marie stella maris lovely.
the room cleaning was not perfect. i came back around 4 p.m., but the room hadn't been cleaned. it seemed the towels i used were just hung back up. the towels were still damp.

the hotel's proximity to victoria station and cardinal place makes it convenient for transportation and access to various shops and restaurants. being in a central area, moving around the area is straightforward, with plenty of options available.

the breakfast offered a nice, healthy start to the day. i did not explore dining extensively but the restaurants near the hotel offer diverse options. the nearby eateries provided quick and accessible meals.

the hotel has self-serve laundry in the basement with two washing machines and two dryers. washing costs gbp4 per wash, and drying costs gbp3 per dry. although i did not use them, there is a steam sauna and a gym available too.

fantastic stay!
beautiful scentkind staff
The lobby had a beautiful scent. i found the staff kind during check-in. the hotel's style, especially in the rooms, is gorgeous, and i enjoyed the clean as new sauna after sightseeing. It was needed! the kitchenette was perfect for coffee.

Lovely restaurants were just a block away, a definite plus. the major attractions were an enjoyable walk. it was near everything. The location was great! though the parking was expensive.

the room included a kitchenette, great for making coffee. our room measured 24 meters, ideal for many suitcases. the shower was spacious and comfortable. it was well-designed and provided all necessities.

the staff was friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. i was able to get in to one room early in the morning after an overnight flight. the gym and laundry were an added bonus for my stay.
the room cleaning was not perfect (i found some hair on the floor).

the location is excellent. it is next to victoria station. the staff takes care of you very well, i noted. the atmosphere of the hotel is lovely.
The room cleaning was terrible. the towels i left on the floor were just hung back up. I saw they were still damp. there was also hair on the floor.

The decor was elegant and modern. The kitchenette was a great addition, equipped with essential appliances. I made use of the gym. The equipment was new and well-kept. The location being near the station was useful for transport.
The room service was a bit slow one afternoon, causing a slight delay in my schedule.
