the location is excellent. it is next to victoria station. the staff takes care of you very well, i noted. the atmosphere of the hotel is lovely.
The room cleaning was terrible. the towels i left on the floor were just hung back up. I saw they were still damp. there was also hair on the floor.

The decor was elegant and modern. The kitchenette was a great addition, equipped with essential appliances. I made use of the gym. The equipment was new and well kept. The location being near the station was useful for transport.
The room service was a bit slow one afternoon, causing a slight delay in my schedule.

The executive apartment included a comfortable bed and high quality linens. Blackout curtains were effective, ensuring restful sleep. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower, a real charm.
