The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, i loved that. a free shuttle into town was available, really convenient for exploring. the hotel provided coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all hours, a big plus for me. an amazing full breakfast was served every morning. It saved me time and money.
The floors needed a little more attention. They were not as clean as expected upon arrival.

The hotel offers a hot tub and a fitness room. This adds to the comfort. the shuttle bus to the ski area stops directly in front of the hotel. free shuttle vouchers are available at the front desk. it is a wonderful service!

the breakfast was included and very convenient. i found the staff cheerful and helpful during breakfast hours. the room size was good. the bed and pillows were comfortable, i slept well .
the floors seemed a bit dirty when i first entered the room, dust was visible. the heat pump unit did not seem to respond as expected. the location's surroundings were messy, trash and pet waste were present on sidewalks.
