solid stay near fenway
helpful staff great location tasty food
I found the staff very helpful and cute. they provided my daughter with a coloring book and a princess crown upon check-in. She really enjoyed that. the location is great. It is close to fenway but also convenient to other areas with easy access to public transportation. i ate at both on-site restaurants and also ordered room service. I enjoyed all the food.
the hotel didn't have a coffee maker in the room, a slight inconvenience.

the doormen were very attentive, showing genuine care. s at the front desk was helpful, quickly finding requested items. nick, the concierge, was friendly and conversational.

The beds weren't really comfortable. They felt too hard. the bedding was pretty standard, nothing special. the biggest issue was the hotel lacked amenities.
