excellent location pleasing vibe helpful staff
I found the location to be excellent, near many theaters. The hotel's style presented a pleasing vibe that matched my expectations. The staff displayed amazing helpfulness throughout my stay. They enhanced my visit a lot.
My shower leaked into the main room when running for ten minutes.

clean room helpful staff fast service shower leak broken door deposit issue
The rooms was pretty clean and had everything i needed. the staff were amazing and were very helpful. room service was basically perfect. It was so fast.
Our shower leak out into the main part of the room after ten minutes of the water running. the doors to the shower would not stay closed. I had to hold it shut while i washed. i didn't get my deposit back after they said i would.

i knew my room be small. a large concrete column was in the room. there wasn't enough floor space to open my suitcase.
