i found the staff very helpful. they provided information about getting to our venue. the family room was spacious. it was exactly what i needed after a long journey.
the tv in the room was very small and i kept retuning it.

location good, but some issues
convenient locationlack of serviceinconsiderate noise
the location was convenient. it was close to where i needed to be.
no one came to change towels or empty bins the next day! someone blasted music in a nearby room until late. the lack of service and consideration was frustrating
