The staff members were helpful. The pub had a stylish decor and the room matched it. The walk to the arena took only five minutes. I would definitely stay again for another gig there.

The room provided a large television for entertainment and offered plenty of charging ports. A separate wardrobe allowed clothes to be hung neatly. The quality shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash felt luxurious. Cozy beds added a nice touch.

The hotel offered to store luggage before check-in. This facility also remained available after checkout. The staff offered a warm welcome. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room. Biscuits were available on arrival.
The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. the location was great, near the industrial museum (easy to explore!). the staff were cute. breakfast included various fresh options. It was delicious. i used the hairdryer and iron available in the room.
the bathroom fittings were somewhat loose. the towel rail needed a bit of tightening.

The location was perfect for exploring. Everything i needed was within walking distance.
I wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness. There were several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the noise levels were also quite high. the music from the pub downstairs continued until after midnight, then the floorboards creaked loudly above.
