Mixed Feelings About My Stay

I was frustrated! There were no tea or coffee facilities in my room, I had to go downstairs to the pub for that. It felt cheap. Then, the bathroom bin was not emptied. That was disgusting. The room generally seemed like a low priority. It needs an update, seriously.

Check-in was through the pub and felt a bit odd. the room was up a metal fire escape staircase. That felt insecure. parking cost extra, and it was hard to find a space, i didn't like that. there was no tea or coffee in the room. I thought that was standard. the wifi code was unavailable. That was annoying.

The hotel is located near the attercliffe tram stop, approximately seven minutes by walking. a bus stop is also directly outside the hotel for easy city center access. the provided bed was comfortable and provided adequate warmth. I would return. the staff demonstrated really good friendliness.
The bathroom fan activated for an extended period after the light was switched off. kettle and tea were not available in the room. This was missed.

the room was very clean. i was impressed, the towels and linen felt fresh. the room had enough space for my needs.
the staff advised us that parking was £5. they took photos of the car number plate and my friend's driving license, this seemed odd.
