I found the room to be quite spacious with complete amenities. A washing machine and an oven were available (very convenient for longer stays). The linen was lovely and of great quality.
The hotel listed parking several times throughout the listing. This information was not accurate, and it only became clear once I received the final check-in email.

I appreciated the extra touches like washing powder and dishwashing items, if needed. The room included sweets, drinks, milk and coffee too. The modern feel and style, books, and ornaments. I found an iron and ironing board available when required.
The staff member did not seem concerned when I mentioned the noise from the busy street. This is a shame because it makes me think twice about staying there again. It is important to be listened to as a guest.

The room had MANY amenities. I appreciated having real milk in the fridge. There was also a NICE range of teas and coffees. The complimentary water and socks were a Good touch! The staff even let us take food from the restaurant to our room when we were a bit late for breakfast.
