The breakfast had great variety, offering many options. I found the staff to be very polite and attentive. They were always ready to assist. The room was very clean and modern with nice views. The provided kitchenette in the room was amazing.
I noticed a slight delay receiving my drinks at the bar. This caused a minor inconvenience.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. i stayed in a queen studio kitchenette. it was a decent size. the kitchen was well-stocked. it even included a dishwasher. this.
i was overcharged for drinks after a long drive. i was told i was wrong a couple of times. the manager checked a couple of times. i was reimbursed without apology. i also didn't get a room with a kitchenette as booked.

i found my apartment clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. I also appreciated the central location near public transportation.
the bed WAS too firm for my liking. i had some trouble adjusting to it .

The check-in process was smooth. I stayed six nights in a Queen Studio Kitchenette. The kitchen had a dishwasher. I used the daily tea and coffee refills and requested housekeeping.
The room service menu lacked variety, but many food places were close by.

the breakfast had plenty of options, adequate.
The room i booked was supposed to have a kitchenette. I did not get it. Staff said i had an upgrade. That was incorrect. i did not receive an apology or even a biscuit after they overcharged me for drinks. They did refund the money, though. The whole thing was frustrating after a long day of travel.
