Absolutely great spot!
warm greeting easy walk great location
The staff greeted me so warmly upon arrival. I really enjoyed the room also it came with a pizza room service menu even though I missed out since they ran out. I really liked the location because it was easy walking to so many places around town. The hotel was great!
I noticed some slight outdated style in the bar, certainly not the end of the world!

This location includes tea and coffee facilities in rooms and a 24/7 pizza menu for room service, though I didn't have a chance to use it. The building is lovely, and its location provides easy access to nearby parking, a real plus . There is also a bar area available.

Staff members are helpful at all times and are very friendly. Upon arrival, the staff offered a warm welcome, so I felt at ease right away. I was even able to check in a little early which was convenient.

The central location is fantastic. I found the building very quiet overall,. The location is a short walk to a couple of car parks, convenient traveling by car. the hotel is near a lot of restaurants and the city center.

i found the decor in the room very cute. the bed was very comfortable! the bathroom was clean. i also liked the size of the cosy double room.
I found the soundproofing to be inadequate. Noise from other rooms and the street was noticeable.

superb stay!
superb location beautiful building efficient staff
the hotel has a superb location near the station (very convenient). i found the building to be quite beautiful. breakfast included a very efficient staff member who served everything promptly. the reception lady in the morning was also very pleasant and helpful.
the courtyard lacked some privacy, as the gated entrance didn't have a lock.

Wonderful Anniversary Upgrade
large room raised bedding area freestanding bath
For our anniversary, we received a wonderful upgrade to a studio. The room was large. It featured a raised bedding area and a comfortable seating area. The bathroom had a lovely freestanding bath (it was perfect for a relaxing soak). The rooftop views were a real highlight.
The room did get very warm, and I wished there was better air conditioning. I was expecting the room to be cooler.

The breakfast had a wide selection of food items and the handmade scones and desserts were especially good. My partner is very picky, as he is a chef, but he was very happy with the flavor choices and food selection.

noisy street uncomfortable room
My room faced a busy street. Public walked right by. I could not open the windows at night. The room became too hot. Air-conditioning wasn't available, and the room felt uncomfortable. The provided fan only moved hot air.
