the staff were very professional polite and friendly i also appreciated the warm delicious biscuits on arrival these were a nice touch. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable it.
the shower flooded the bathroom i found this quite annoying it seemed a design flaw. i also thought the breakfast and restaurant menu could be bigger it lacked variety.

I got upgraded upon arrival and it was very clean. The room was modern, spacious, and included a king bed. Plenty of parking spaces existed. Cookies were given to me, which I liked.
The hotel flags outside looked in bad shape.

I found some issues that bothered me. The lack of attention to detail was evident. The toiletries weren't refilled. The TV should have been switched on upon arrival, but it was off, and then it happened again the next day.. This felt sloppy. The sofa bed's mattress was quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking through. It made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

i found the bed comfy and the room very clean. the breakfast selection had many options and it was all cooked well. the staff was always friendly and polite . i received a room upgrade upon arrival, a nice surprise.
the sliding bathroom door was a bit difficult to open sometimes.

A Decent Experience

I was greeted with sweets on arrival. Staff was polite throughout my stay. Haikel at breakfast had a lovely energy and was very helpful. Neeta was so polite and attentive. The room was clean and quiet.
The lighting in the bedroom wasn't very good. Several lamps are in the room. it felt dim. I also felt the hotel was cold. The bathroom plug didn't work. Water splashed everywhere.

the room was especially clean, and the air conditioning worked well!!! the bed was super comfortable. i am glad i didn't have the kids with me because i don't know why they have stopped supplying the little biscuit packs. reception staff were polite and helpful!!!
i was guaranteed an early check-in. on arrival, i was told the room would not be ready because people were checking out later. i then sat and ordered some snacks and it took forever to arrive!!!

My stay included a cookie upon arrival. It was a tasty treat. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the variety of food.
The flags outside were not well kept. I noticed this and was concerned about the hotel's attention to detail, given this oversight.
