the hotel Has a large room. It had a lovely seating area where i could work after check out. I found a quiet space to do my online meeting, which i appreciate.
the check in process was slow. It took 40 minutes because there was only one receptionist.

I found the updated gym a real plus. It now features modern equipment. the pool and sauna were immaculate and well kept. the breakfast selection offered many choices. Vegan options were available.

a room with a good view

i had a room that was spacious, with comfortable beds. i was very pleased i could open the window (unlike in many hotels). the view of victoria quays from my side of the building was a nice bonus.
the miscommunication from the reception staff was not ideal. there seemed to be strict 'rules' about early check-ins. the leisure club could have been cleaner.
