The location provides ready access to the city center venues. Room 310 was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was big. This was a bonus. I secured a discount for Q park through the hotel, a short walk and very secure.

The air conditioning was difficult to operate.

The room was spacious. It had a very clean bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. I liked the hotel's central location since it was convenient (easy to get around). I appreciated the gym access and flexible pool hours. I thought the staff members were nice and helpful.

The spa reception did not provide me with a locker key.

i visited the spa and enjoyed the gym, pool , and sauna. the steam room, shower , and ice room were available. i received a towel, robe, slippers, and hot drinks. lucy and megan provided a 25-minute treatment , it was relaxing. the location is fantastic. the staff are cute and friendly. i had a shower and bath separate from each other.

the room seemed a bit dated. it had a broken lamp and bedside lamp. the wardrobe doors had been taken off. the room was next to a loud fan , so i didn't get much sleep.
