I appreciated the dog grooming room. It was useful. the bike and board storage was a nice touch too. our room had a great view. the beds were comfy.
The tv didn't work properly. It kept turning itself off. the pillows felt lumpy. seagulls kept me awake for most of the night.

The room faced the street, so there was traffic noise all night, not exactly restful! Plus, the self-check-in kiosk was a little confusing, and there was only one staff member available to help. It was a bit of a wait and not very cute. A smile would have been nice.

i noticed slight wear on the stairway decor leading to our room, a minor detail amidst so much beauty.
