the staffs eagerness to help impressed me. I found the bed very comfortable, with clean sheets. the bathroom was tidy, and clean towels were supplied. overall, the room proved worth the money I payed.

the carpet in the guest lounge was dirty. i noticed hair in the bathtub.

I really appreciated the amazing view of the north bay from my window. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful . I found the bed to be very comfy with clean sheets provided. The bathroom was tidy, AND the towels were clean as well.
The hotel is an older building, as are MOST in the area.

The hotel had a prime spot with fine views of the north bay, easy to walk to many destinations. Sea World and the harbor were within walking distance from the hotel. The location was perfect!

The staff were nice and eager to help with any requests that I had. They were very attentive and ensured I had plenty of tea and coffee. It was much APPRECIATED. The team at the reception were very friendly too.

The double room sea view offered a very comfy bed with clean, crisp sheets, i enjoyed this detail. The bathroom was also very clean. The towels were clean and fresh. I felt the room was worth the money. I'd stay in a similar room again!
