the staff were lovely and you felt they'd do anything to help you. rooms were very super clean and cozy with everything you needed. breakfast was good and a nice bar area. the service was just amazing!!!

i lived on a ground floor room and it was too noisy at night. customers checked in late and were very loud for a long time. it really disrupted my sleep. oh dear.

I found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. The pillows felt flat, and my neck was sore. The shower pressure was weak. It barely sprayed any water.

The staff provided friendly and efficient service. Breakfast included a decent choice of different foods. I especially liked how helpful and personable the reception staff were. The location is good for visiting the city centre.

The walls felt paper thin. I did not sleep much because of loud shouting and doors slamming. The noise was really bad. I found it hard to relax.
