I found the location PERFECT. It was close to Piccadilly. The hotel provided everything I needed for a short stay. The room was clean, a HUGE plus for me. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, answering all my questions with a SMILE.
The room was really small, with limited space for moving around. The heater was tricky to operate, though it eventually warmed the room.

i found the room's temperature difficult to regulate consistently the thermostat adjustments did not always produce noticeable changes this made maintaining a comfortable environment challenging throughout the night
