the location was amazing, just steps from restaurants. a complimentary grab-and-go breakfast with coffee and croissants was a nice touch, i was charmed.
The room numbering was a bit odd. I found it a little confusing at first.

The location was central to many amenities. I found the room spacious and well-equipped, having a kitchen with cooking utensils. The provided amenities and convenient location enhanced my visit.
I noticed some noise from extraction fans which affected my sleep. This constant noise detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

The location IS AMAZING!!! It's a quick walk from Victoria Station. My room included a separate kitchen, a lounge, and a bedroom. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed. The entire place was REALLY clean.
The frosted glass bathroom door was not ideal. The light from the bathroom shined through at night, possibly disturbing others. Privacy was limited due to the glass.

I found navigating the building difficult. It reminded me of a maze. it took multiple card scans to get to my room, inconvenient with bags. the shower pressure could also be better
