“With its location just around the corner from Piccadilly Station, this place is ideal for exploring Manchester. The spacious apartments feel like a home away from home, blending the building's warehouse past with modern comfort. I especially appreciate the little touches, such as the milk and tea left for guests, that make a real difference after a long journey.”

the location was really good.
i was disappointed by the hard bed. it was really uncomfortable and impacted my sleep. additionally, noise from the hallway was easily heard in the room (i could hear other guests walking past and talking). this was quite disruptive.

adequate stay with a couple issues

central locationroom sizemodern bathroombreakfast qualitythin wallcold building
the location is excellent. it is close to the train station, and , made access very easy. the rooms are bigger than most (i could tell), and some are suites with kitchens. the bathrooms are modern and the toiletries were nice.
breakfast was not what i expected. i found bagged bacon and sausage baps a little unappealing. the walls seemed thin and the tv from the next room kept me awake (this was not ideal). the building felt a little cold as it's an old mill.

I found the location great! The reception staff were friendly and proactive. The bar vibes were also cool. I cannot wait to return!
I noticed the bed was very hard. Sleeping on a plank of wood might have been more comfortable. The room lighting was also too dark! It was hard to get ready in front of the mirror.

The location is REALLY convenient to the train station! I was able to walk to most points of interest. The apartment itself felt spacious. I liked how quiet it was, especially since it is in a busy area.
Check-in took quite a while! There were no other customers at the time to deal with. The kitchen bin had not been emptied when I got to the room. I saw hairs in the bathroom sink.

The beds were very comfortable! The bar downstairs was also great.
I did not like that I could not get my room cleaned for a week, strange. I had to request a refresh, and it was a bit annoying. The windows did not open much at all. This place has no AC!
