well-equipped gymmissing invoicereception issue
the gym was huge and very well equipped, i must say.
my invoice never arrived after i checked out. the staff convinced me to get it emailed to me, but it just didn't show up. i now have to email them to get it sent, what a hassle.

i found the king room had a very comfortable bed. a nespresso machine was also available. i also appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel's location was central. I found everything easily accessible. i also enjoyed the nice decor. It felt fresh and modern. i loved that the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
The room i stayed in felt quite dark, even with all the lights on. there were too many light switches. It was confusing. also, the ceiling looked unfinished. It was just bare concrete.

delayed refundmultiple requests
The hotel asked for a substantial deposit. The funds were not released back to me promptly. I find it unacceptable they constantly request more money from guests. I also do not appreciate the multiple requests for my email address. I do not desire their marketing emails, especially after declining initially.
