OVERPRICED and SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTING

small bedfaulty ventilation
this WAS the MOST expensive accommodation during my england trip. i BOOKED a standard king room , but the bed seemed small. The ventilation system wasn't working properly , cleaning and fresh towels had to be requested REPEATEDLY. The toilet ran constantly and wound up leaking all over the floor.

thin wallsforgotten order
The walls felt SO thin, I could hear everything. I heard my neighbours watching tv. The restaurant service left something to be desired. Both times I ate there, they forgot my order! The first time, the restaurant had only four people, I was surprised. Maintenance NEVER serviced my room at ALL . The fridge was off. I placed perishables inside and they rotted.
