lukewarm aircar park charges

I found the room quite cold upon arrival. I attempted to warm it up with the air conditioning, yet it only blew lukewarm air. The new car park charges also left me with a sour taste.. It seems unnecessary and adds to the overall cost. I likely won't return because of this.

the room was quiet and had good appointments. the hotel is close to the terminal for channel crossings. free parking existed at the premises. the staff member at breakfast seemed to enjoy his job.

i found the dining area to be messy with food on the floor. i also noticed dogs barking. obtaining coffee was difficult as the machine was near a door. the location of the coffee machine should be changed.

The parking situation really bothered me. I thought it was free, but it wasn't, and that was a bit of a shock. it was like a hidden charge, which i don't appreciate. also, the room temperature was difficult to control. I couldn't seem to get it quite right, and , made the night a little uncomfortable, disappointing.

The breakfast covered a variety of foods. The time of serving was great for those travelling. I felt very welcome because the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were no disabled bays available , and few spaces available. Also , there were no facilities for walking a dog other than in the overcrowded car park.
