the staffs were really polite and helpful. the bed, it was very comfortable and the room itself was clean. i appreciate the wheelchair accessibility in the bathroom, a feature that ensured ease and convenience .

breakfast was very limited. there was only scrambled egg, croissants, bread, muffins, cereal and the english breakfast available. i would of liked some cheese.

The breakfast area felt too small for all the guests. It created a bit of a chaotic atmosphere. also, the air conditioning in my room was quite noisy. it made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during the warmer parts of the night. i think quieter ac units would improve the stay. i could not get the temperature below 19 degrees.
