The location was close to shops, bars, and the main attraction, the castle. the staff were so friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. the breakfast was a great choice and tasty. I savored every bite!!!
the welcome on the way in didn't seem very cute to me. they seemed to keep very little out, and it didn't seem very fresh when we arrived. the ac in the room was not great, and the room just didn't warm up properly.

The hotel is close to the castle gates and the town center. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, providing much to select from.
The sink hot tap in my room was too stiff to turn. It seemed overtightened, which caused some minor inconvenience

the location was perfect (right by the castle!). i found many good pubs nearby with great food. the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. breakfast had many options.
the room's ac did not work well. the room did not warm up enough, i felt. i found the lack of parking difficult, as i had to use a local car park. i felt nervous leaving my car there overnight, unfortunately.
