The breakfast was decent enough I suppose.
The WiFi was awful I could barely load a webpage at times it made planning my days unnecessarily difficult and frustrating I expect much better these days.

The room was modern and comfortable (i liked the decor). i especially appreciated the black out blinds. They definitely helped me sleep better. there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge, a nice touch.
the heating system was not ideal. it seemed to blow both cold and hot air simultaneously, even when i adjusted the temperature. the pillows provided were also very flat and not very comfortable.

The room was very clean. it featured a balcony. This was a pleasant addition. the housekeeping staff promptly provided extra items upon request. i found the location quite convenient as the tube station was a short walk away.
The breakfast options had excessive fat and sugar. i wished for healthier alternatives and a wider selection of teas. the pool was adequate. it only had one pool. i also missed a hot tub and more child-friendly facilities.
