The hotel's location is directly across from the theatre. The provided car parking was definitely a plus. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water were useful. The breakfast included quality items and was cooked to order.
The water pipes in the room made significant noise at night.

Excellent Stay Near the Theatre

The room was beautifully appointed. It had a fine bathroom with all the amenities. I found the location very convenient for visiting the theatre and other attractions. Parking on site was a great advantage (a definite plus in this area).
The room decor seemed a bit tired. I noticed the carpets and wallpaper in the corridors showed wear. A refresh would.

The room included a comfortable bed with premium linens. There were also convenient extras, such as a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and a coffee maker for a quick beverage. The bathroom had fluffy towels and high-end toiletries.

The room was spacious! and very warm. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. I liked the comfy bed with a good selection of complimentary snacks and drinks.
The floorboards are noisy. If someone walks down at any time, it wakes you up. I was woken at 1 am and again at 6 am.

The hotel is located very centrally, especially if you are visiting to see the Shakespeare attractions. It's also situated just opposite RSC, a bonus for theatre lovers and visitors.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, including taking our luggage to the room. That was appreciated!

The room was beautifully appointed with a fine bathroom. Parking on site was easy, a premium in the area (very convenient!). I found the location great for the theatre, the river, and the town centre.
The breakfast service disappointed me. Tables were often uncleared. This limited seating choices and required us to ask for items. Service felt slow and a bit detached (not very attentive).
