professional approach catering team
Indya demonstrated a professional approach, the conference ran without issues. The catering team accommodated various dietary needs efficiently. I appreciated the attentiveness and problem-solving skills displayed during my business trip.
The hotel room was quite chilly upon arrival. The heating did not adequately warm the space, remaining under 20 degrees. I think the heating system could use an upgrade.

The staff addressed minor issues quickly. Atif provided wonderful bar service. He was very attentive. Bonnie and Maddy were also amazing. They helped guests effectively.

The hotel's layout was convenient. Parking was easy to access. The room was excellent. I found the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Lighting was awful in my room. It was very dim. The only place I could do my hair and makeup was the bathroom. The pillows were even worse, and I got very little sleep.

helpful staff hot dinner garden view convenient parking
the staff were really nice and always eager to help, i noticed! the masonic dinner i attended was served hot and looked very nice. my room overlooked the garden and that was so pretty. i found car parking very convenient. i could walk to the town center so easily.
i was a bit sad there wasn't any guinness available at the bar, it's my favorite.

polite staff clean hotel missing cookies waste bin
Staff was polite. Hotel was very clean. Location was good for walk into the town. Room also was very nice.
I found no warm cookies at check in. This is disappointing because it says you get them on the web site. Our room was serviced on day 2 and the rubbish from the waste bin left on the dressing table.

The staff member named Ali was helpful at the restaurant. It was acceptable.
The bath plug didnt function. I couldn't drain the water after my shower. The bath towel was torn and the menu choices were unimpressive, so I ate out despite paying for breakfast and dinner.
