The hotel has a great central location near shops and the cathedral, it was very convenient. the super nice team, especially when they gave us a ground floor room because of our doggy pushchair. This was much appreciated. the breakfast offered a lovely and varied choice. i loved the sausage they gave our dog and that we could eat together in a separate room.
The reception on the tele was a bit dodgy on bbc1. But everything was great.

the staff were very nice and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our luggage, they acted fast. breakfast service was quick, and all requests were handled efficiently and with a smile. the owners are attentive to guest needs.

The room was spacious and very comfy. It provided everything needed for a relaxed stay. the bed was very soft, the curtains kept a lot of light out. we enjoyed a good nights sleep.

the hotel included a separate room for families with dogs at breakfast, ensuring everyone ate together. the power shower was excellent, delivering consistent water pressure. breakfast had many choices. the en suite bathroom was very clean.

This place has a very central location right in the heart of the town near the cathedral and shops. That was amazing. a public car park is a three minute walk and reasonably priced. everything is within walking distance.

The room was bigger than i expected. it was clean, tidy, and warm. i found the location ideal. It was a short walk to the station.
There was no staff at the check-in desk when i arrived. the hotel looked tired. It smelled musty. it needs a refurbishment, definitely
