the reception staff was so lovely! they granted our late checkout request for one room. the hotel's location is fabulous and it was everything was super clean. it was decorated so lovely for christmas. the rooms were quiet and comfortable, i loved it!
the bed was a little too soft, and we definitely could have used more pillows.

the bedrooms were spacious and very clean. the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. rooms offer a perfect combination of historic charm with modern amenities, it's a really great balance.

Location is perfect. Close to the centre, i was able to walk everywhere. it is right in the heart of the city. the hotel is very well located and provides convenient access to nearby attractions, and everything is very accessible.

The hotel's location was indeed spot on. It was right in the heart of everything. I also found the breakfast to be quite good. There was plenty of choice available.
I found considerable noise from the room above me. I could hear people stomping around. The sound insulation didn't seem effective at minimizing noise from other rooms. It was frustrating.

the location was excellent placing me close to the main attractions. my room was clean two complimentary bottles of water were supplied and the bed proved comfortable. i found the staff helpful and attentive throughout my stay. breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options

the room had comfy beds and was large. breakfast included good options and good value. the staff were helpful during check-in and check-out. they upgraded my room because it was my wedding night. i am glad about it.
i noticed stains on carpets and chipped paint. the building interior appears a little tired. the hotel needs some maintenance.
