cozy room and great food

the room was nice, bar area was good. the staff were super friendly, and i appreciate the organisation of a dinner table even though the place was fully booked. rooms were very clean and cosy.
steep outside steps lead up to the room, and they were slippery. puddles were present on the steps. i think ground floor room allocation would have made more sense with dogs.

amazing stay
friendly staffcomfortable bedwarm showerdoor mechanism
the staff were friendly. i informed them i would depart before breakfast service. they provided breakfast items to take to my room. this included milk for the fridge. the most comfortable bed was massive with soft pillows. the room smelled gorgeous and had a warm shower.
facilities in room were lacking a bit. the door mechanism made too much noise when others arrived or left. cobwebs are present. i noticed this issue.

the location is very close to sites to visit. it is easy to access sites such as legoland and ascot from here. the environment is calm and relaxing. parking on site is available and convenient.

the room was spacious with an outdoor table. parking was ample both at the front and back. i enjoyed dinner in the restaurant with yummy food. the décor gave the place a real buzz
steep outside steps led up to the room. these were slippery and full of puddles. i think a ground floor room would have been better

limescale shower headslow wifi
i was a little disappointed with a few things. the shower head in the bathroom had limescale. there was also mould around the bath and windows. i also noticed dirt in the floor corners (a bit of extra cleaning would help). the wifi was slow too.
