Really good stay!

The room offered a coffee machine and a kettle. A mini fridge was also available. I appreciated the included fan. The shower was excellent. Free parking was a great bonus.

The bed was a little soft for my preference. It was still comfortable, but a firmer mattress would enhance my experience.

My stay wasn't entirely satisfactory. the noise level was rather disruptive, especially from the adjacent road traffic. The room's soundproofing needs improvement. additionally, the television in the room was not functioning. I reported it, but it remained unresolved . these issues detracted from what could have been a more restful experience.

The room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent and provided table service, not a buffet. I appreciated the ample parking available and the convenient location for nearby attractions.

The staff made a real fuss over our Husky, and the Pet Pack on Arrival was a lovely touch. Check-in was quick and easy, thanks to the manager and friendly staff. The breakfast service was particularly helpful and friendly.

Mixed experience, some issues with service.

The room was tastefully furnished and clean.

The service declined rapidly at lunch. We waited a long time for our plates to be cleared, hoping to order dessert. Staff seemed preoccupied behind the bar and seemed to ignore us, so we eventually asked for the bill. This left the children disappointed as they didn't get their dessert.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The breakfast was good (the bacon was crispy).

There was a fire door that was very annoying (it was banging a lot). This door was from the bar to the rear garden area and located directly below my room. I told the manager about this, but nothing happened.
