easy location excellent service very small stuffy room
Lancaster Gate tube station is a short walk away. The hotel is located on street number 63. Hyde Park is right across the road, perfect for a morning stroll.
My room felt very small and stuffy. The window would not open initially, though staff did fix it eventually.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks.
small room disruptive noise
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. The inadequate space made it difficult to move around freely. the noise from the street was quite disruptive. It affected my ability to rest properly at night. I found the traffic sounds consistently intrusive.

a satisfactory stay
park view excellent service prime location small room street noise limited choice
my room faced kensington park, a wonderful sight i savored each morning. the location was nearly perfect with an underground station a small walk. staff allowed me an early check-in, a service i appreciated.
the room was too small, even for just myself. the street outside proved noisy, disturbing my sleep. breakfast lacked variety for someone with intolerances, specifically dairy and gluten.

an okay stay overall
helpful staff lovely food double glazing noisy street
the staff were helpful. the location is near to transportation. really good staff assisted with taxis when i needed one. the breakfast room and food options were lovely.
i needed double glazed windows, i could still hear EVERYTHING outside. i asked for a room away from the main road and invest in curtains instead of shutters. lots of light coming though, it wasnt good.

Excellent location near Hyde Park
great location easy access short walk
The hotel is near Hyde Park. It had easy access to Kensington Gardens. I found Paddington and many restaurants a short walk away. Lancaster Gate train station nearby provides access to the Central line.
