The location was convenient, close to public transportation options.
The room was smaller than expected. Maneuvering around with luggage proved difficult. The noise level at night was HIGH. Street sounds were disruptive. The lack of a fridge IN the room was inconvenient.

Chalk Farm tube station is across the road. This made travel easy. Camden is also a short walk away. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. Bottled water was provided in the room. The shower had separate shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
The lamps in the room are too bright, I think they need shades.

the location was superb near the tube station and a grocery store. camden market was only a short walk away. breakfast offered a good selection in the hotel's bar and café.
i booked a room with a city view but was moved to their sister hotel because of building work. the allocated room lacked a window and the heating system was faulty. thankfully, it was just one night i stayed there so i was not greatly inconvenienced

Location is brill. i had easy access to everything i needed. the staff helped with directions. It's appreciated. the room was clean when i arrived and had all of the basic amenities i expected, including a kettle and tea. i did enjoy fresh towels daily. They smelled amazing.
the room i had was on the small side for a single person. i barely had space to move around. also, the noise from the street at night. it did keep me awake. i had to use earplugs in order to fall asleep.
