The room was quite LARGE. It had a big bathroom, a real plus. The tv was fantastic too. Staff were very helpful when I needed some ice from the bar. This surprised me.

My room was large, but general housekeeping was unsatisfactory this time. The windows had many cobwebs, and they were also VERY dirty. The lift button for the first floor was broken. This was inconvenient.

surprising value near the sea

spacious room convenient location helpful staff

i stayed in a family room, and it was quite spacious, useful. the location proved convenient as a base to explore nearby attractions. walking into town for meals was an easy task. nancy at breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

the entrance did show some signs of needing redecoration, especially regarding the windows.

the reception staff greeted us warmly and provided helpful information on arrival. a staff member, nancy, served breakfast and ensured guests had what they needed. andrew, the manager, even offered to help carry bags to the room.

the hotel features a pool table, a bonus for my children. breakfast included a continental selection with pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, eggs, beans, tomatoes, toast, and jams. parking permits allowed convenient on-street parking near the hotel.

adequate stay near the beach

comfortable bed spacious room smeared mirrors entrance redecoration

i stayed in room 119 for two nights. the room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. there was plenty of storage, totally adequate for my stay (it helped me organize my belongings). the breakfast was continental and very nice, with a cheery and friendly lady making sure i had what i needed.

The entrance is somewhat in need of redecoration, and the windows need to be cleaned. i found that more attention to detail from the cleaning staff is needed. The mirrors were smeared (this didn't take long to fix, though).

The family room side sea view offered ample space for luggage. i appreciated the large bathroom. It included both a bath and a shower. it made getting ready very efficient. the staff were friendly and helpful .

the lift made an odd noise sometimes.

the location was good and right on the seafront. the staff were friendly (leanne was especially helpful). the room was spacious enough and the bed provided adequate comfort.

the hotel entrance looked a bit tired with windows needing cleaning. i noticed the mirrors in the room needed more attention to detail from housekeeping. the breakfast was continental and i think the housekeeping should be checked.

the staff was friendly at all times. i was offered an upgrade to a bigger room. the room had a beautiful bay window. it had a good view of the seafront. breakfast was fresh and worth the price.

the lift have missing buttons. they need to fix it.
