reasonable pricing efficient air conditioning easy access road diversion
I appreciated the reasonable pricing for both drinks and food. Our room included effective air conditioning, a nice feature. The location was easy to reach, road diversions notwithstanding. The hotel offerred easy access for my travel needs.
The hotel has some ongoing roadworks, those caused minor inconvenience.

The hotel had ample parking space, VERY convenient. My room had a big shower. It was awesome. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept well. The breakfast was well cooked (I ate EVERYTHING!), a great start to the day.
The card machine was a bit slow during payment.

The staff members were attentive. They went the extra mile. Each staff member greeted us with a friendly smile, this made the hotel a pleasant place. The reception staff were particularly helpful.

The rooms were clean. They were also tidy. My room felt spacious enough. The hotel building is attractive with a lot of sunlight. The hotel also has exterior space. It was very quiet.

the staff was very kind, offering assistance immediately. i booked a standard double room single sofa bed and found it clean. breakfast offered a decent selection, and i liked the fresh pastries. there was ample free parking available.
the gym equipment was somewhat dated.
