some issues during dinner
late wineuncooked potatoes
the dinner experience was somewhat disappointing. one dish wasn't available, and the waiter forgot to bring a menu when informing me. the wine arrived late, and they even forgot which wine we ordered. i needed to request a steak knife because the pork was hard to cut and my potatoes were not hasselback as described, just new potatoes with slits.

a mixed experience. food quality was inconsistent.
forgotten menustaff training
i found some issues . the restaurant did not have its best night. one item was unavailable, and the waiter forgot to bring a menu. also, our wine arrived halfway through our meal. i think there is training needed for the waiting staff.
